Pork and veal mince is mixed with chopped chorizo, fresh coriander, red onion and sweet chilli.
Great as they are or fry the meatballs all over in a non stick pan until it has a good covering all over then add your tomato (or whatever you fancy!) sauce and leave to simmer for another 10 minutes occasionally stirring.
Each meatball weighs 75 grams.
