  • 300 ml double cream
  • 100 g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the double cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to simmer, add the gorgonzola and whisk until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens. Simmer on low until desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove sauce from the heat and season to taste with black pepper. Add chopped parsley, stir it and serve immediately. Great on a steak sandwich!
