Food editor, caterer and food stylist Dani (aka The Curated Kitchen) is a lifelong foodie with a passion for creating home cooked food that delivers on taste and style:
"For me, how we eat is so important. Even more so in these strange times. So many memories and moments are made over the dining table; whether it’s supper at the table with our families, celebrations and gatherings spent sharing conversation and laughter, or sharing recipes and baking with loved ones. Creating these moments, evoking these memories and emotions is something I am truly passionate about. Now, more than ever every meal is an occasion, an opportunity to lay the table. My cooking style is relatively simple home cooking that celebrates the produce, using high quality ingredients (oh hello Magnificent Marrow!) and local produce to create something made with love and presented with a little bit of the wow-factor. It’s about dining with all your senses – the unmistakable scent of fresh strawberries, the beauty of heirloom serve ware, the sensation of unexpected flavours, the sound of crusty bread devoured between bursts of excited chatter. The romance of food, creating warm, inviting moments of sheer indulgence.”
