Blackberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 400 ml fresh coconut milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp porridge oats
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Instructions

    1. Put the coconut milk into a blender and stir in the chia seeds and oats and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.
    3. Serve and drink immediately
